Billing
The Billing section is where you can view your invoices and payment history. It’s a read-only section — you can see what you’ve been charged, what’s been paid, and what’s still outstanding, but all billing actions (like marking invoices as paid or logging payments) are handled by FundedYouth administrators.
Getting Access
Section titled “Getting Access”The Billing menu appears in your portal after you sign the Subscription & Credit Plan Agreement — the same agreement that unlocks the Subscriptions and Sessions sections.
If you’ve already signed this agreement for Subscriptions or Sessions, Billing is automatically available — you don’t need to sign anything extra.

How It Works
Section titled “How It Works”The Billing menu has two sub-pages:
- Invoices — All invoices issued to your account
- Payments — A history of every payment transaction on your account
Invoices
Section titled “Invoices”The Invoices page shows every invoice that has been issued to your account. Each invoice represents a charge for a membership plan, credit pack, or add-on subscription.
Summary Stats
Section titled “Summary Stats”At the top of the page, four cards give you a quick overview of your invoices:
| Card | What It Shows |
|---|---|
| Total | Total number of invoices on your account |
| Paid | How many invoices have been paid |
| Pending | How many invoices are waiting for payment |
| Overdue | How many invoices are past due |
Filtering Invoices

How Billing Connects to the Rest of the Portal
Section titled “How Billing Connects to the Rest of the Portal”Billing doesn’t exist on its own — it’s the financial record of actions you take in other sections:

|---|---|---|
| Subscribe to a membership plan | Subscriptions > Plans | Invoice + payment transaction |
| Purchase a credit pack | Subscriptions > Credit Packs | Invoice + payment transaction |
| Subscribe to an add-on | Subscriptions > Add-ons | Invoice + payment transaction |
| Admin logs an in-person payment | Admin Portal | Invoice (Paid) + Square transaction |
| Admin voids an invoice | Admin Portal | Invoice status changes to Void, transaction marked Refunded |
